These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of MacroZak (the "Service"), operated at macrozak.com and related subdomains. By creating an account, subscribing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

MacroZak provides a web-based dashboard for macroeconomic context, geopolitical event tracking, market sentiment, watchlists, and related educational market information.

Features and data sources may change over time. Some content is illustrative or demo data until live integrations are enabled. Paid tiers may unlock additional features as described on our pricing page.

MacroZak is for informational and educational purposes only. We do not provide personalized investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice. Nothing on the Service is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security or asset.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us promptly of unauthorized access.

Paid plans (such as MacroZak Edge) are billed on a recurring subscription basis through Stripe. Prices, billing intervals, and included features are shown at checkout and on our pricing page.

By subscribing, you authorize us and Stripe to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. Taxes may apply where required by law.

We may change subscription prices for future billing periods with reasonable notice. Continued use after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new price for subsequent renewals.

You may cancel a subscription at any time through Settings → Manage billing (Stripe Customer Portal). Cancellation stops future charges; access typically continues until the end of the current paid period unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable once a billing period has started. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us promptly at macrozaksupport@gmail.com.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful purposes or in violation of applicable regulations
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or disrupt the Service
• Share account access in a way that violates your plan or these Terms
• Misrepresent MacroZak content as guaranteed forecasts or personalized advice

The Service, including its design, software, branding, and original content, is owned by MacroZak and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal or internal business purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You may not copy, resell, or redistribute the Service or its content except as expressly permitted.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MacroZak and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or trading losses arising from your use of or reliance on the Service.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100).

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Material changes may also be communicated by email or in-app notice where appropriate.

Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
