MacroZak ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have when you use our website and dashboard.

• Account information: name, email address, and authentication identifiers when you sign up or sign in (via Clerk)
• Subscription and billing information: plan tier, subscription status, Stripe customer and subscription IDs, and payment-related metadata processed by Stripe
• Usage and device information: pages viewed, features used, browser type, IP address, and similar technical logs needed to operate and secure the Service
• User-provided content: watchlist symbols, portfolio entries, and preferences stored locally in your browser or, when enabled, on our servers
• Communications: messages you send us, such as support requests or waitlist sign-ups

• Clerk — authentication and user account management
• Stripe — payment processing and subscription billing
• Vercel — hosting and infrastructure
• Market data providers (such as Finnhub) — quotes and market data when configured for your plan

We and our providers use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies for authentication, session management, preferences, and security.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling essential cookies may prevent you from signing in or using paid features.

We retain account and billing records for as long as your account is active and as needed to comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations.
